INTERNATIONAL PUBLIC TENDER NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS No. 26-AOO-S040 Expertise France, the French public agency for international technical cooperation, hereby announces the launch of a tender for the award of a service contract for the provision of an integrated diagnosis of the solid waste management sector in Luanda Province and support for the review of the Strategic Plan for Urban Waste Management (PESGRU). The tender is launched within the framework of the project “Support for improving the solid waste management value chain and the adoption of a circular economy model in Luanda Province, Angola” (Ref. 70003639), funded by the European Union and co-financed by the French Republic. Subject: Provision of an integrated and action-oriented diagnosis of the solid waste management sector in Luanda Province, covering its 16 municipalities, including an analysis of the institutional and governance, legal and regulatory, technical and operational, financial and economic, territorial, social and behavioural dimensions. The assignment also includes the development of a phased and prioritised strategic roadmap for the sector, as well as the assessment of the Strategic Plan for Urban Waste Management (PESGRU) and the preparation of a structured proposal for its revision. Who may apply: companies, either individually or in consortium, that meet the requirements set out in the tender documents. Expected contract duration: 8 months from the date of contract award.
