Description

The Land Development Agency (LDA) intends to establish a multi-supplier Integrated Maintenance Services Framework to support the ongoing maintenance, statutory compliance and asset management of its residential property portfolio. The Framework will provide an integrated maintenance service, including Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Reactive Maintenance, Emergency Works, Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance, Minor Building Works, statutory compliance activities and associated maintenance services required to support occupied residential developments and common areas. The Framework will be divided into the following geographic Lots: Lot 1 โ€“ Dublin and Leinster Lot 2 โ€“ Cork and Munster Lot 3 โ€“ Galway and Connacht Applicants may apply for one, some or all Lots. The Framework will support both existing residential assets and future developments entering the LDA portfolio during the Framework term.
