If you are interested in submitting a bid, you will need to complete an Intent to Bid (ITB) Form according to the guidelines below. The suppliers can download the Intent to Bid Form on this linkhttps://www.acbar.org/site-rfq ITB can also be picked up at Mercy Corps offices: Kabul:House No 13, 4th street of Taimani Sabaqa. Kandahar:Shahr-e- Naw Muslim Chowk, PD 6 House # 15 Kandahar Afghanistan. Herat:PD 3, House #30, Abbakhsh Badmorghan, Jada‑e‑Mukhaberat, Opposite Ferdowsi 17 Alley. Completed Intent to Bid Forms must be submitted to Mercy Corps byWednesday, 16 Augst 2026in one of the below methods. Email completed Intent to Bid Form toaf-tender@mercycorps.orgwith the reference number in the email subject line. Return completed ITB in person (in sealed envelope) and put in the Tender Box placed at Mercy Corps offices, Kandahar, Kabul and Herat. The Tender Reference number should be written on the envelope. After the closing date of this Tender Notice, the Request for Proposal will be sent to the suppliers who submitted Intent to Bid Forms. The Request for Proposal will be sent according to the preference you have mentioned in the Intent to Bid Form.
