The subject of the order is: "Interior furnishings for the building - II. Psychiatric Clinic SZU Banská Bystrica including related services", i.e., delivery of new, non-refurbished, and unused interior furnishing elements, as well as the production and installation of custom interior elements including related services. The bidder will prepare an offer based on the supporting documentation "Interior Project - Reconstruction of the building - II. Psychiatric Clinic SZU Banská Bystrica" prepared by the designer Ing. arch. Jana Kosorinská, prepared and verified by the designer Ing. arch. Peter Žalman, CSc, authorized architect, no. cert. 0081 AA 1234, which contains a detailed description of the order. This project documentation includes: o A. Accompanying report (the PD part also contains elements that are part of the concept but are not part of the order), o B. Color concept (the PD part also contains elements that are part of the concept but are not part of the order), o C. Floor plans (the PD part also contains elements that are part of the concept but are not part of the order), o D. Bill of quantities for furniture elements (the PD part contains the binding scope of the order), o E1. E2. Furniture tables (the PD part contains the binding scope of the order), + Specification of the technical standard of selected furniture items, elements, o G. Tile quantity survey (the PD part contains the binding scope of the order), o H. Construction drawings. The contracting authority has established the minimum requirements for the subject of the order through a detailed description of the subject of the order. In case the contracting authority has used a specific manufacturer, production process, brand, patent, type, country, region, or place of origin or production in the description of the subject of the order, the bidder may also submit an offer for a technical and functional equivalent, provided that such a solution meets the utility, operational, and functional characteristics necessary for its intended purpose. The burden of proof for identifying the product/material of a specific manufacturer and meeting the utility, operational, and functional characteristics lies with the bidder. Possible specific types and materials, including trade names for some items in the supporting documentation, are provided to define the required technical parameters. We recommend using the proposed solution. In case of substitution with equivalent types and materials, the technical parameters of the solution and color shades must be maintained. The use of an equivalent solution cannot be a reason for extending the implementation period, reducing quality, or changing the price of the subject of the order. If the bidder uses equivalent specifications, they must state all their technical parameters and mark them in their offer. Delivery and implementation of interior elements will be subject to the designer's supervision. The submission of technical and functional equivalents will be assessed by the designer's supervision and representatives of the contracting authority.
