Werkzaamheden/ TakenHet gaat met name om de uitvoerende werving en selectie taken. Uitzetten van vacatures en inhuuropdrachten, gesprekken voeren etc. De verwachting is dat de werving en selectie medewerker op enig moment weer terugkeert in de functie, maar het zou fijn zijn als de vervanger de medeweker dan weer mee kan nemen in de werkzaamheden, maar ook om de werving en selectie medeweker naar een hoger niveau te tillen. ? Vertaalt het strategisch groeiplan naar een concrete roadmap (processen, tools, SLA?s). Draagt zorg voor opname proactieve sourcing en talent pipelines in de standaard werkwijze. Criteriavragen (beantwoord in je motivatie, totaal max. 9 00 woorden) ATS implementatie ? Beschrijf een volledige implementatie die jij hebt geleid (selectie, roll out, adoptie, audits). Welke valkuilen kwam je tegen en hoe heb je die opgelost? Team & coaching ? Geef een concreet voorbeeld van een recruitmentteam dat je hebt opgebouwd of ingrijpend versterkt. Hoe bepaalde je capaciteit, selecteerde je mensen en verbeterde je performance? Omgevingsdienstervaring ? Schets de belangrijkste recruitmentuitdaging binnen de Omgevingsdienst waar je werkte.
