Description

Das Departement Angewandte Psychologie hat im Jahr 2023 den Zuschlag für die Ausrichtung des ICAP 2030 erhalten. Der Kongress findet in den Räumen der Messe Zürich in Oerlikon statt und steht unter dem Motto «Celebrating the Power of Psychology: Building Bridges Across a Multipolar World». Das Departement sucht einen Professional Congress Organizer (PCO), der als Anbieter die Organisation und Durchführung des ICAP 2030 verantwortet. Konkret übernimmt der Anbieter Aufgaben in den Bereichen Logistik, Veranstaltungsort, Kommunikation, Teilnehmendenmanagement, Unterkünfte, Transport, Catering und Sicherheit – weitere Aufgabenbereiche können hinzukommen (siehe Pflichtenheft Ziff. 3 nachfolgend). Die Arbeiten finden in enger Abstimmung mit dem Departement Angewandte Psychologie statt. In Bereichen wie Unterkünfte, Reisen und Rahmenprogramm/Social Events/Kultur findet zudem eine Koordination mit Zürich Tourismus statt.
