Respected,The purpose of the assignment is to conduct a comprehensive assessment feasibility, human and financial resources, as well identify infrastructural and legal adjustments for utilizing primary school teachers and premises to introduce one-year mandatory pre-primary education in North Macedonia.Bid submission:The RFP is open for international companies/institutions.  Vendors interested in the assignment should submit the following documentation:Technical Proposal should include:Implementation plan, including defining specific implementation steps and description of activities, indicating timeline for each activity, including an estimated number of workdays necessary for each team member, and a detailed timeline of proposed activities.Brief (max. 4 page) methodology and approach on how the assignment will be conductedTeam members, including designated role of each team member and their resumé, evidence for their experience in working on similar assignments, list of such assignments and information about the team members’ role in them, reference letters.Three recent (not older than 3 years) reference letters relevant to the assignment, demonstrating evidence of relevant capacity, qualification or specialized knowledge/experience.Examples of similar assignments.Profile of the organization.Financial Proposal: detailed financial proposal should be structured by outputs listed in Major Deliverables.

Associated costs per deliverable should be itemized per:Fees for experts; team members and researchers presented by unit cost and number of units;Other costs associated with the completion of the assignment based on the technical proposal.The financial proposal should include all expenses as applicable to the assignment, including travel, accommodation, per diems, and other logistical costs, if planned with the technical proposal.The financial proposal should be quoted in US Dollars.Technical proposal to be sent ONLY to the following e-mail address: skopje@unicef.org no later than August 07, 2026.Financial proposal and completed LRPS form to be sent ONLY to the following e-mail address: zantonoski@unicef.org no later than August 07, 2026.Any questions regarding the Request for Proposals should be sent in writing to anikolov@unicef.org and zantonoski@unicef.org no later than July 24, 2026.
