This tender concerns the preparation of comprehensive documentation required for the construction of a bridge over the Suceava River, located on DJ 208 B at km 3+000 in Verești locality. The scope of work involves obtaining a Urban Planning Certificate, securing necessary permits and approvals, and developing the DALI (Documentation for the Authorization of Intervention Works). Key deliverables include a technical expertise review (if necessary), a geotechnical study verified by an accredited verifier, a topographic study approved by OCPI, a hydraulic and hydrological study, an environmental impact study (if applicable), and a traffic study. The contractor will also be responsible for preparing documentation to obtain various permits and approvals, identifying existing utilities on the bridge, and compiling any other necessary documents for project evaluation and authorization, such as land acquisition or utility coexistence studies.
