Die digitale Erfassung erfolgt mittels Ankreuzfeldern (ja/nein, nicht vorhanden / nicht erforderlich), Anmerkungsfeldern, in denen gebäudespezifische Besonderheiten festgehalten werden können sowie Fotos für die Nachvollziehbarkeit und Dokumentation im Nachgang.
