Description

Urban Utilities is seeking Offers from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for the provision of Fleet Management Organisation (FMO) Services. The procurement is primarily based on a Services Only FMO model supporting Urban Utilities’ owned fleet of approximately 500 vehicles and mobile plant assets, including heavy vehicles, light commercial and passenger vehicles, mobile plant, equipment and trailers. The scope includes fleet administration and fleet management systems, transaction and cost management, compliance administration, maintenance management and supplier coordination, Chain of Responsibility (COR) support, fleet reporting, data and analytics, and associated fleet management services. Urban Utilities is also interested in suppliers’ insights and recommendations on alternative or emerging fleet management approaches, including leasing, hybrid ownership/leasing and other models that may support the future development of its fleet strategy.
