Items required: 1. Sit-down buffet dinner at external venue (Halal-certified, inclusive of vegetarian options), including venue rental, foodand beverage, table and seating arrangements, and audio-visual equipment 2. Separately catered Halal-certified food and vegetarian food (applicable only if the food is not Halal-certified). If the venue provides Halal-certified food, Supplier shall indicate a unit price of S$0.01 for this item. 3. Free flow beverages throughout the event (inclusive of coffee, tea, carbonated drinks/fruit punches, and drinking water), if not already included under item 1 4. Live entertainment (e.g. live band) 5. [Option] Sit-down buffet dinner at external venue (Halal-certified, inclusive of vegetarian options), including venue rental, food and beverage, table and seating arrangements, and audio-visual equipment 6.
