Items required: 1. Firm Award: Administration of Hogan suite of assessments; details as outlined in Part 5. 2. Firm Award: Generation and provision of a Hogan Team Report based on the consolidation of all individual assessment results to deliver insights into team dynamics, collective strengths, potential derailers and shared values. 3. Firm Award: Programme design, development and delivery of a one-day Leadership Retreat for up to 25 participants, including the Hogan assessment debrief, and culture design and alignment. 4. Optional Award: Administration of Hogan suite of assessments for one (1) additional participant; details as outlined in Part 5. 5. Optional Award: Programme design, development and delivery of an additional half-day Leadership Retreat for up to 25 participants. 6. Optional Award: Programme design, development and delivery of an additional one-day Leadership Retreat for up to 25 participants. 7. Optional Award: Conduct one (1) debrief session to the Head of Division that synthesises individual and team assessment insights, highlighting collective strengths, potential derailers, team dynamics, and implications for leadership and team effective 8. Optional Award: Conduct a 1-hour one-to-one assessment debrief session for one (1) participant to help them understand their individual assessment results and their implications for leadership effectiveness and development. 9. Optional Award: Provision of a conducive venue with catering of one (1) lunch and two (2) tea-breaks for a one-day Leadership Retreat for up to 25 participants. 10. Optional Award: Provision of a conducive venue with catering of one (1) lunch and two (2) tea-breaks for a one-day Leadership Retreat for one (1) additional participant.
