Public Transport Council (PTC) invites Contractors to submit your quotations to provide Livestreaming and Filming Services for PTC Event. Day 1 - Full set-up of equipment and rehearsals & Day 2 - Final sound/video checks before actual event commences.Able to supply the required equipment such as number of 10 microphones, provision of proper lighting for panellists. 2. Transcription services for the Questions & Answers segment and post-production video files (both deliverables to be submitted immediately after the event ends). 3. Usage of teleprompter (with operator) for the panellists for the recording of soundbites (for 4 spokespersons in all 4 languages (English, Chinese, Malay & Tamil) - soundbite recording to be submitted immediately at the end of the event.
