The subject of the order is the performance of construction works including thermal insulation of the roof slab and external walls of the production hall building, including the execution of the facade layer, including the supply of materials and the execution of all preparatory, assembly, finishing and accompanying works, in accordance with the detailed description contained in Annex No. 1 to this inquiry – Description of the subject of the order (OPZ). Conditions for amending the contract: The parties allow for amendments to the contract, particularly in the case of: a) change of deadline – in the event of force majeure, weather conditions preventing work from being carried out in accordance with the requirements of the ETICS System supplier, suspension of implementation by the Ordering Party (technological, administrative, organizational, economic reasons) or circumstances resulting from administrative procedures related to the Building Permit or the actions of the competent authority, independent of the Contractor; b) change of remuneration resulting from changes in legal regulations, including VAT; c) changes resulting from decisions, agreements or requirements of administrative bodies concerning the Building Permit or the Building Design; d) change of the Parties' identification data, bank account numbers and change of the Site Manager in accordance with § 5 sec. 3; e) elimination of obvious typographical or calculation errors and other objective circumstances independent of the Parties affecting the performance of the contract.
