Original language: skVerejný obstarávateľ zriaďuje dynamický nákupný systém, ktorý bude slúžiť na zadávanie jednotlivých zákaziek na poskytnutie služieb súvisiacich s vypracovaním rôznych stupňov projektových dokumentácií, ktoré budú slúžiť ako podklady pre verejné obstarávanie na výstavbu/rekonštrukciu pozemných stavieb. Predmetom zákaziek zadávaných v rámci tohto DNS bude vypracovanie dokumentácie na výstavbu alebo rekonštrukciu pozemných stavieb v jednom z nasledujúcich stupňov Architektonická štúdia, Dokumentácia na územné rozhodnutie, Dokumentácia pre stavebné povolenie, Dokumentácia na realizáciu stavby. Predmetom týchto zákaziek môže byť aj - inžinierska činnosť, t.j. zabezpečenie komplexných služieb v rozsahu platnej legislatívy, vrátane zabezpečenia zapracovania stanovísk dotknutých orgánov do dokumentácie, dohodnutie riešení a postupov s objednávateľom stavby, dodávateľom stavby a dotknutými orgánmi štátnej správ a samosprávy, zabezpečenie ostatných vstupov potrebných pre spracovanie dokumentácie, prípadne vybavenie právoplatného stavebného povolenia spolu s vyjadreniami všetkých dotknutých orgánov a zapracovaním podnetov do dokumentácie, ktoré boli deklarované v jednotlivých stanoviskách. - autorský dohľad, t.j. zabezpečenie dohľadu pri dodržiavaní projektu v priebehu jeho realizácie zúčastňovaním sa na kontrolných dňoch, vyjadrovaním sa k požiadavkám na zmenu materiálového a technického riešenia, kontrolovaním dodržiavania podmienok stanovených v dokumentácii k stavbe, vo všeobecne záväzných právnych predpisoch a technických normách a podobne. Rozsah dokumentácie, inžinierskej činnosti a autorského dohľadu bude špecifikovaný v príslušnej zákazke. Informatívne dokumenty tvoria prílohy týchto súťažných podkladov. Presná špecifikácia predmetu jednotlivých zákaziek ako aj ostatné doplňujúce informácie budú súčasťou jednotlivých výziev v rámci zriadeného DNS, ktoré budú zaslané všetkým kvalifikovaným záujemcom.
