Engineering and design services focusing on building construction

The contracting authority is establishing a dynamic purchasing system, which will be used for awarding individual contracts for the provision of services related to the preparation of various stages of project documentation, which will serve as a basis for public procurement for the construction/reconstruction of buildings. The subject of contracts awarded within this DNS will be the preparation of documentation for the construction or reconstruction of buildings in one of the following stages: Architectural study, Documentation for zoning decision, Documentation for building permit, Documentation for construction implementation. The subject of these contracts may also include - engineering activities, i.e., ensuring comprehensive services within the scope of applicable legislation, including ensuring the incorporation of opinions from affected authorities into the documentation, agreeing on solutions and procedures with the contracting authority, the contractor, and affected state and local government authorities, ensuring other inputs necessary for the preparation of the documentation, or obtaining a legally binding building permit along with statements from all affected authorities and incorporating feedback into the documentation that was declared in individual opinions. - author's supervision, i.e., ensuring supervision of compliance with the project during its implementation by participating in control meetings, expressing opinions on requests for changes in material and technical solutions, checking compliance with the conditions set out in the construction documentation, in generally binding legal regulations and technical standards, and the like. The scope of documentation, engineering activities, and author's supervision will be specified in the respective contract. Informative documents form the annexes to these tender documents. The exact specification of the subject of individual contracts, as well as other supplementary information, will be part of the individual calls within the established DNS, which will be sent to all qualified interested parties.
