Contract Engineer

This tender seeks a Contract Engineer to oversee the investment process for a military complex located in Sulejówek, Poland. The role involves managing a comprehensive construction and development project within a designated closed area, adhering to the approved land development plan. The project encompasses several distinct, yet interconnected, tasks. These include the construction of a storage building for technical equipment and tank equipment, along with associated paved areas and infrastructure (Task 01851). Additionally, the scope covers the erection of lightweight garage buildings for military vehicles, both wheeled and tracked, including necessary infrastructure (Task 01852). Another component involves constructing lightweight garage buildings and parking shelters for fuel tankers and combat vehicle equipment, also with accompanying infrastructure (Task 01853). The project further requires the construction of a washing facility for military vehicles (Task 01854). Significant residential and administrative infrastructure is also planned, with the construction of two staff and barracks buildings, including technical infrastructure (Task 01855). Security and perimeter development are key, involving the construction of the complex's external fence, a patrol road, lighting ring road, a pass office building, guardhouse, LCN (Local Area Network) facilities, and a PST (Technical Service Point) building (Task 01856). The tender also includes the procurement and installation of tent halls with foundations and essential equipment (Task 01869), and the construction of general technical infrastructure for the entire complex (Task 01875). The Contract Engineer will be responsible for supervising all these phases, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards throughout the investment lifecycle.
