Site Visit: A site visit shall be conducted toat least one school in each governorate.
A certificate of site visit, duly issued by the respective school/institution administration, is mandatory and must be submitted with (Technical Proposal).
This certificate will serve as confirmation of the tenderer’s understanding of the site-specific requirements.The site visits are scheduled to take place on 26, 27, 28, 29, and 30 April 2026, during official working hours.Tenderers are required to coordinate and arrange their site visits with the respective schools at least one day in advance of the intended visit date.Schools focal persons details are listed below:1.
