Provision of public catering and related services in accordance with the technical description and draft contract attached as an annex. The Tenderer's task is to provide catering for the normal A-B menu (except for the nursery facility of Újbudai Montágh Imre Primary School, Nursery, Developmental Education School and Unified Special Needs Pedagogical Methodological Institution at 1116 Budapest Rátz László utca 73-75), and the self-service cold counter assortment (11 institutions) and vitamin counter catering for 2 schools - with daily choice of A-B menu for lunch - and in addition to normal catering, the delivery of dietetic and food-allergic ready meals in accordance with the quality and quantity requirements set out in Government Decree 37/2014. (IV.30.) EMMI on nutritional and health requirements for public catering (hereinafter referred to as: decree), with particular regard to the daily energy requirement per age group set out in Annex 3 of the aforementioned decree, and the substances causing allergies or intolerances listed in Annex II of Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011, and in compliance with correct unified dietetic and professional guidelines for public catering. For the nursery facility of Újbudai Montágh Imre Primary School, Nursery, Developmental Education School and Unified Special Needs Pedagogical Methodological Institution at 1116 Budapest Rátz László utca 73-75, the Tenderer's task is to deliver dietetic and food-allergic ready meals in accordance with the quality and quantity requirements set out in the decree, with particular regard to the daily energy requirement per age group set out in Annex 3 of the aforementioned decree, and the substances causing allergies or intolerances listed in Annex II of Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011, and in compliance with correct unified dietetic and professional guidelines for public catering. Dietetic meals shall be delivered in single portions, with personalized labeling in accordance with legal requirements, without pre-selection. Diets shall be classified according to the Unified Dietetic System in accordance with the above-mentioned decrees. For schools: The Tenderer undertakes to provide, taking into account the conditions of the schools: - A-B menu catering and the supplementary self-service cold counter assortment (11 schools), and vitamin counter (2 schools). For lunch, with the same first course (soup), two types of second course (main course) shall be available for pre-selection. For A-B menu catering and the associated self-service cold counter assortment, the Tenderer is obliged to provide at least the following selection of meals during the meal times determined by the institution (11 schools): • one type of soup or 100% fruit juice • two types of main course (A and B menu), • as part of the cold counter assortment daily: a) Milk-dairy products b) Sliced fresh vegetables or fresh fruit. c) compotes, or fresh salad and/or salad with various dressings. Lunch - the one type of soup, or 100% fruit juice and the chosen main course (A or B menu) - must provide the calorie and nutrient amount corresponding to lunch according to the decree. The cold counter offer must be consistent with the A and B menu of the day. Taking into account the conditions of the schools, in 2 schools (Újbudai Gárdonyi Géza Primary School and Kelenvölgyi Primary School): • one type of soup or 100% fruit juice • two types of main course (A and B menu), • as part of the vitamin counter, at least 2 types daily (fruit-vegetable variations): a) fresh fruit, b) compote or fruit juices or vegetable juices or smoothies or snacks or vegetable-fruit chips.
