Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung für IT-Dienstleistungen der IT-Infrastruktur vornehmlich für Microsoft Dienste, Strategieberatung und IT-Sicherheitsthemen der Kliniken der Stadt Köln gGmbH (nachfolgend Auftraggeberin oder AG genannt). Die Leistung sichert die Unterstützung in Projekten und allgemeinen Arbeiten im Bereich der IT-Infrastruktur. Der Vertrag zwischen Auftraggeberin und Auftragnehmer kommt mit Zuschlagserteilung zustande. Die Vertragslaufzeit beträgt 48 Monate. Über die anfängliche Vertragslaufzeit hinaus steht der Auftraggeberin eine einmalige Verlängerungsoption zu.
