Original language: noNorsk Vann inviterer kvalifiserte leverandører til å inngi tilbud på helhetlige IT-driftstjenester for vår organisasjon. Vi søker en erfaren og proaktiv driftspartner som kan ivareta et blandet klientmiljø bestående av ca. 75 % macOS og ca. 25 % Windows 11, med til sammen 28 brukere lisensiert på Microsoft 365 Business Premium.
Leveransen omfatter drift og overvåking av Microsoft 365-plattformen, sentralisert klientadministrasjon via MDM, printserver, sikkerhetskopiering. I tillegg skal leverandøren yte norskspråklig brukerstøtte på 1. og 2. linje for begge plattformer, med en avtalt responstid på maksimalt 4 timer for kritiske hendelser.
Vi legger vekt på en leverandør som kombinerer solid teknisk kompetanse på både Apple- og Microsoft-plattformer med en strukturert og dokumentert tilnærming til sikkerhet, endringshåndtering og rapportering. Leveransen skal driftsettes som en samlet tjeneste fra én kontraktsmotpart.
