The primary objective is to support the digital operationalization of the Blue Carbon Readiness Framework (BCRF) through the design, development, integration, testing, and handover of a functional digital BCRF Assessment System and WebGIS Dashboard. The Consultant will translate the agreed BCRF methodology, indicators, assessment questions, evidence requirements, and scoring approach into a practical digital system, while integrating spatial and non-spatial information to support visualization of blue carbon site information, assessment results, and readiness levels. The Consultant will be responsible for contributions to the following technical domains:BCRF Digital Requirements and System DesignDigital BCRF Assessment System and Database DevelopmentWebGIS Dashboard Development and Geospatial Data IntegrationData Integration and Interoperability with Relevant Government SystemsPilot Application, System Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and RefinementSystem Documentation, Training, Knowledge Transfer, and HandoverLessons Learned, Technical Recommendations, and System ScalabilityPeriod of assignment/services: 90 working days within 7 monthsThe assignment is home-based, with travel to Jakarta and other locations within Indonesia as required and subject to prior approval.The assignment is home-based in Indonesia, with any required travel subject to the assignment requirements and UNDP rules and regulations. The TOR does not specify fixed travel destinations.The proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than the indicated deadline.Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via the messaging functionality in the portal.
