Dear Prospective Bidder:
You are invited to submit a proposal for the above subject ITB for the World Health Organization (WHO)- Country Office Pakistan, in accordance with the attached documents:
Invitation to Bid
Form A: Letter of Intent
Form B: Self-Declaration Form
Form C: Bidder Information Form
Form D: Technical Bid Form
Form E: Price Schedule Form (4 sheets)
Form F: Confidentiality undertaking

This ITB is open to institutions/companies engaged in the field of mentioned four categories,
The Form E (Financial Proposal) includes items related to the following categories in 4 sheets:
1- Medical & Hospital Supplies
2- Electronics & Appliances
3- Hospital Furniture
4- General supplies & consumables
Preference will be given to suppliers who have demonstrated similar experience relevant to the category(ies) for which the offer is submitted
TIMELINE
1- A prospective bidder requiring clarification on technical, contractual or commercial matters is to be submitted exclusively via 17 June 2026 at 23:00 hours (Pakistan) time.
A consolidated document of WHO's response to all questions (including an explanation of the query but without identifying the source of enquiry) will be sent to all prospective bidders who have received the ITB.
2- The bidder shall submit proposals exclusively via UNGM (Submit Return tab), no later than 21 June 2026 at 23:00 hours (Pakistan) time.
