Description

This is the first phase (Phase One) of a two-phase process: the first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers; the second phase (Phase Two) will invite the qualified suppliers to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. The work covered under this project consists of the furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment and material required for the chiller replacement at the CFIA Charlottetown Laboratory. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following range: between $1,000,001 to $5, 000,000. Bid Security will be a requirement for Phase Two of this solicitation. This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers. Offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the solicitation of offers process.
