Description

The objectives for this tender process are to: Identify a qualified supplier who will provide high standards in medical assessment services, adapted to MAG’s operating environment. Appoint a supplier who will provide excellent value for money and efficient and reliable services. Ensure that MAG meets organisational duty of care obligations by confirming fitness for role, identifying any health or wellbeing risks, and highlighting reasonable adjustments where needed. Ensure that our staff are able to perform in their role, and that working with MAG in a challenging environment will not be detrimental to their physical and psychological health. Bidders must be legally registered entities with demonstrated experience in delivering medical assessments (physical medical check and psychological resilience) in challenging or low-resource environments. Experience with INGOs or geographically dispersed organisations is considered Consistent application of assessment criteria, evidence-based fitness decisions, and auditable processes for approvals and certifications. Availability of in-person assessments and through established network, including coverage in MAG priority countries. Delivery of services and documentation in English, French, Spanish, and Arabic.
