Description

Tenders are invited for from interested parties to establish a café within the Aura Lagoon and Parklands Caloundra South precinct. Operations will commence following execution of the lease, and as soon as the lease area has been accepted by Council for Occupation. This is currently anticipated for April 2027. The lettable area is leased as a cold shell, with the successful lessee require to undertake all internal design and fit-out obligations. - Kiosk Area- 50m2 - Outdoor seating area - to be confirmed once construction completed and Survey plan completed. The successful operator is required to provide café services that are reflective of the unique lagoon environment. Café services will be required to conform as follows: - Seven (7) day a week operation; - Operations during daylight hours; - Substantial Dine in and take away menu options; - Presents a menu that caters to varying dietary requirements; <...
