«DEVELOPMENT OF THE ADDENDUM TO THE COMPETITION DOCUMENTATION FOR THE CELJE PASSENGER TERMINAL AND DOCUMENTATION FOR OBTAINING PROJECT CONDITIONS DPP FOR AREA P1 AND P2»

For the Celje Passenger Terminal project, the contracting authority previously conducted a public architectural, design, one-stage competition to select the most professionally suitable solution for the CELJE PASSENGER TERMINAL project, published on the Public Procurement Portal under notification number JN004541/2025 and on TED under notification number 782673-2025. The competition area for the Celje Passenger Terminal covers the new Celje Passenger Terminal building, the existing railway station area and open spaces south of the railway station – area P1, and the extension of the Celje Passenger Terminal, reconstruction and placement of the Šubič Pavilion, supporting program buildings, and arrangement of open public spaces on the east side of the railway tracks – area P2. For the purposes of this public procurement, the contracting authority has divided area P1 into area P1a, which represents an underground garage with access roads, P1b, which represents the bus station, and areas P1c, P1d, and P1e, which represent: the space between the bus station and the railway station, the space between the railway station and the tracks, and the railway station itself. The subject of the public procurement is: design, i.e., an addendum to the conceptual design (IDZ) as an addendum to the competition documentation, which considers the comments and guidelines of the evaluation committee from the conducted public competition for the selection of the most professionally suitable solution for the CELJE PASSENGER TERMINAL project, for the entire competition area; conceptual design, within which the conceptual design documentation (IDP) is prepared with an upgrade to rIDP (developed IDP), harmonized with project and other conditions, containing all necessary plans for individual professions and other plans for areas P1a and P1b, and preparation of documentation for obtaining permits – project documentation for project conditions DPP, prepared based on the supplemented IDZ for areas P1a and P1b.
