Original language: slPredmetno javno naročilo obsega izbiro ekonomsko najugodnejše ponudbe in vključuje oceno strokovno najprimernejše rešitve za arhitekturno, krajinsko-arhitekturno, konstrukcijsko, prometno in urbanistično zasnovo za projekt Tehnološko kompetenčni park Soboško jezero, izdelavo idejne zasnove IDZ, DPP, DGD in PZI dokumentacije (v skladu z veljavno zakonodajo in standardom ST ZAPS 03:2025),vključno s pridobitvijo gradbenega dovoljenja za gradnjo. Predmet javnega naročila so tudi storitve projektantskega nadzora v fazi izvajanja gradnje in izdelava projektne dokumentacije izvedenih del (PID).Predmet naročila je podrobneje opredeljen v Projektni nalogi, ki je priloga dokumentacije v zvezi z oddajo javnega naročila.
