Predmet naročila je izdelava projektne dokumentacije DGD (za pridobitev mnenj in gradbenega dovoljenja) in PZI (za izvedbo gradnje), ki obsega celovito ureditev varnih in varovanih parkirišč (VVP) na območju postajališč Maribor in Lom. V sklopu naročila je treba pripraviti vso dokumentacijo za pridobitev gradbenega dovoljenja, vključno z izdelavo vseh pripadajočih elaboratov ter pridobitev gradbenega dovoljenja. Celotna projektna dokumentacija se izdeluje z uporabo digitalnega projektiranja oziroma BIM-tehnologije.
