Original language: slInvestitor Mestna občina Murska Sobota želi izdelati projektno dokumentacijo za komunalno urejanje novega stanovanjskega območja v Rakičanu, ki zajema 51 nepozidanih stavbnih zemljišč za gradnjo stanovanjskih hiš s spremljajočimi dejavnostmi. Cilj projektne naloge je izdelava projektne dokumentacije IDZ, DGD in PZI za komunalno ureditev stanovanjskega območja v Rakičanu, ki bo omogočala fazno izvedbo komunalne infrastrukture ter postopno pozidavo območja. Projekt mora zagotavljati tehnično ustrezne, racionalne in ekonomsko optimizirane rešitve ob upoštevanju veljavnih prostorskih aktov, zakonodaje in zahtev upravljalcev gospodarske javne infrastrukture. Za predmetno območje je sprejet OPPN in Program opremljanja.
