Predmet nabave je izgradnja zgrade područne osnovne škole sa školskom dvoranom te uređenjem okoliša - Komin, na adresi Tomaševec, k.č. br. 21/50 k.o. Tomaševec, a sve prema Troškovniku i projektno-tehničkoj dokumentaciji koja se nalazi u prilogu ove dokumentacije o nabavi i čine njen sastavni dio. Projekt je usklađen s načelom ''ne čini značajnu štetu'' (''do no significant harm'', dalje:DNSH), odnosno ne nanosi bitnu štetu okolišnim ciljevima u skladu s Uredbom (EU)2021/241 Europskog parlamenta i Vijeća od 12. veljače 2021. o uspostavi Mehanizma zaoporavak i otpornost te u smislu članka 17. Uredbe (EU) 2020/852 Europskog parlamenta iVijeća o uspostavi okvira za olakšavanje održivih ulaganja i izmjeni Uredbe (EU) 2019/2088(SL L 198, 22.6.2020., str. 13.), čija je primjena detaljnije razrađena u Obavijesti Komisije -Tehničke smjernice o primjeni načela nenanošenja bitne štete (2021/C 58/01). DNSH načelo mora biti implementirano prilikom izvođenja radova i isporuke robe te će u ugovoru biti navedena klauzula usklađenosti s DNSH načelom. Odabrani Ponuditelj će biti obavezan po izvršenju ugovora potpisati Izjavu o usklađenosti s DNSH načelom.
