Original language: hrPredmet javno-zasebnega partnerstva: Izbira zasebnega partnerja za izgradnjo prometne in komunalne infrastrukture za stanovanjsko zazidavo SE 3 – Zgornja Muta – 2. faza, v k.o. 808 - Zgornja Muta v občini Muta, ki zajema ureditev celotne prometne in komunalne infrastrukture za dvanajst (12) stanovanjskih enot, in sicer: - Izgradnja dostopne ceste ter pločnika za pešce: dolžina predvidenih dovoznih cest (vsi kraki skupaj) znaša 300 m, površina izgradnje dovozne ceste znaša 1535 m2. Dolžina pločnika za pešce ob cesti znaša 110 m, površina cca. 220 m2. - Izgradnja zunanjega nizkonapetostnega (NN) razvoda za napajanje stanovanjskih objektov in javne razsvetljave: nizkonapetostni (NN) razvoda za napajanje stanovanjskih objektov v zazidavi SE3 - Zg. Muta ter razvodne omare (PS-RO). Ob dovozni poti se tudi izvede cestna razsvetljava (7 svetilk). - Izgradnja vodovodnega cevovoda za potrebe vodooskrbe stanovanjskih objektov in požarne vode. - Izgradnja kanalizacije za potrebe stanovanjskih objektov: skupna dolžina fekalne kanalizacije: PVC cev d160 = 50 m, PVC cev d200 = 125m, PE revizijski jaški fi 60 cm = 6kom. - Izgradnja meteorne kanalizacije za potrebe odvodnjavanja s ceste in strešin predvidenih hiš zazidave, ki se priključi na dva ponikalna polja. Gradnja se izvaja na naslednjih zemljiščih v lasti Občine Muta: parc. štev. 315/34, 316/20, 316/21, 312/20, 312/31, 317/17, 311/14, 317/20, 311/30 vse k.o. 808 Zgornja Muta.
