Predmet nabavke obuhvata slijedeće radove: zemljani radovi (mašinski iskop priprema i uređenje planuma temeljnog tla); odvodnja (mašinski iskop rova u zemljištu III i IV kategorije, nabavka, dovoz i izrada posteljice od pijeska na dnu rova, dovoz i razastiranje pjeskovito-šljunkovitog materijala, nabavka, transport, polaganje i montaža polietilenskih korugiranih cijevi različitog unutranjeg promjera na podložnom sloju cementnog betona, nabavka transport, raznošenje duž trase i ugradnja betonskih slivničkih kaca); asfaltna konstrukcija (nabavka, doprema i ugradnja nevezanog nosivog sloja, izrada gornjeg nosivog sloja bitumeniziranog drobljenca, izrada habajućeg i zaštitnog sloja bitumenskog betona, oprea i ugradnja prefabrikovanog izgidnutog ivičnjaka).
