Předmětem zakázky je izolace a zakoncentrování stafylokokových anatoxinů z kultivačních roztoků spolu se standardizací vyvinutých postupů. Jako součást služby zadavatel požaduje tyto dílčí činnosti: a) Zadavatel dodá kultivační média, obsahující anatoxiny, získané jako hemolyziny v průběhu kultivace výše uvedených vakcinačních bakteriálních stafylokokových kmenů. Konkrétně se smluvní zakázka týká inaktivovaného hemolyzinu alfa, beta, případně i delta, pokud bude v médiu obsažený. Požadujeme vývoj technologie izolace a purifikace uvedených anatoxinů z dodaných kultivačních médií, která je obsahují. Vyvinutá technologie bude standardizována s tím, že bude použitelná v případné komerční výroby na úrovni požadavků GMP. b) Součástí služby bude rovněž vývoj technologie zakoncentrování izolovaných a purifikovaných, výše uvedených, anatoxinů. Technologie procesu zakoncentrování anatoxinů bude standardizována s tím, že bude použitelná v případné komerční výroby na úrovni požadavků GMP. c) Výstupem služby bude dokumentace k bodům a), b) a návrh metodik pro kontrolní testy, použitelné pro kontrolu kvality těchto polotovarů ve výrobě. Dalším výstupem služby bude dodání vzorků zakoncentrovaných anatoxinů získaný dle bodů a), b). Od každého anatoxinu bude dodáno 10 ml koncentrátu s dokumentací.
