DESIGN OF SECURITY-TECHNICAL PROTECTION SYSTEMS

The subject of the procurement is the design of security-technical protection systems for the locations and facilities of Zagrebački holding, which include business offices, shops, warehouses, recycling yards, waste disposal sites, markets, nurseries, branches with office and warehouse premises, public garages, parking lots, cemeteries, communication centers, hotel, catering, and tourist facilities. The facilities are located in the City of Zagreb and Zagreb County, as well as in the coastal destinations of Savudrija, Crikvenica, Veli Lošinj, Punat, and Duga Uvala. Some facilities covered by the design (e.g., cemeteries) are categorized as protected cultural heritage. For locations and facilities that have the status of protected cultural heritage or are located within a protected cultural-historical complex, the selected bidder is obliged to prepare the design documentation in accordance with the special conditions for the protection and preservation of cultural goods and other conditions of the competent authority, including obtaining the necessary approvals when applicable. The design service relates to the design of video surveillance systems, intrusion and hold-up alarm systems, access control systems, and work time recording systems depending on the needs for specific locations and facilities in accordance with the design task. For each individual procurement, the client will prepare and provide a design task that will define the required systems, the scope of the service, and the technical conditions for design for the specific location or facility.
