Predmet javnega razpisa je »Izvajanje arheoloških raziskav in izkopavanj na področju Elektra Ljubljana d.d. v obdobju 2026–2029«. Namen postopka javnega naročila je sklenitev okvirnega sporazuma z več ponudniki, ki bodo v predmetnem postopku oddali dopustne ponudbe za sklenitev okvirnega sporazuma in bodo izbrani na podlagi določenih meril za izbor. Okvirni sporazum bo sklenjen za obdobje 36 mesecev in bo predstavljal pravno podlago za oddajo posameznih naročil. Ob vsaki izkazani potrebi po izvedbi posameznega naročila bo naročnik k oddaji ponudbe pozval vse gospodarske subjekte, s katerimi bo imel sklenjen okvirni sporazum. Na podlagi vsakokratnega povpraševanja bo posamezno naročilo oddano ponudniku, ki bo v skladu z merili predložil najugodnejšo ponudbo. Izbranemu ponudniku bo naročnik izdal naročilnico. Dela, ki se bodo oddajala preko naročila, bodo praviloma obsegala: pridobivanje vseh potrebnih soglasij in mnenj za izvedbo arheoloških raziskav in izkopavanj, izvedbo predhodnih in drugih arheoloških raziskav in izkopavanj v skladu s kulturnovarstvenimi pogoji, mnenji in pravili stroke, izdelavo ustrezne dokumentacije v skladu z zakonodajo in vsa druga strokovna dela, potrebna za uspešno izvedbo naročene storitve, vse skladno z razpisnimi pogoji. Naročnik se ne zavezuje oddati določenega minimalnega števila povpraševanj oz. posameznih naročil, saj je število bodočih povpraševanj in naročil objektivno nedoločljivo in je odvisno od višine zagotovljenih sredstev, potreb naročnika ter hitrosti pridobitve predpisane dokumentacije. Naročnik bo oddajal naročila po posameznih objektih. Naročnik bo v okviru predmetnega javnega naročila lahko oddajal tudi posamezna naročila za potrebe projekta oziroma programa, ki se financira s sredstvi EU ali drugimi javnimi sredstvi.
