Predmet javnega naročila je izvedba gradbenih, obrtniških in inštalacijskih del za prenovo prostorov laboratorija ZD Postojna. Vrsta, lastnosti, kakovost in opis predmeta javnega naročila so opredeljeni v Projektu za izvedbo (PZI), št. projekta AA-P10/25, junij 2025, ki ga je izdelal projektant Atelje Aleksandra, Aleksandra Leban-Meze s.p., in je sestavljen iz Načrta arhitekture, Načrta s področja elektrotehnike in Načrta s področja strojništva.
