Predmet javnega naročila je izvedba gradbenih, obrtniških in inštalacijskih del za prenovo prostorov laboratorija ZD Postojna. Vrsta, lastnosti, kakovost in opis predmeta javnega naročila so opredeljeni v Projektu za izvedbo (PZI), št. projekta AA-P10/25, junij 2025, ki ga je izdelal projektant Atelje Aleksandra, Aleksandra Leban-Meze s.p., in je sestavljen iz Načrta arhitekture, Načrta s področja elektrotehnike in Načrta s področja strojništva. Naročnik na vseh mestih popisa del, kjer je morebiti naveden proizvajalec, model oziroma tip proizvoda, dopušča predložitev enakovrednega proizvoda, ki je po tehničnih karakteristikah in funkcionalnostih dejansko enakovreden zahtevanemu.
