Predmet javnega naročila je: Izvedba GOI del za Satelitski urgentni center Velenje in energetsko sanacijo trakta A Zdravstvenega doma Velenje Predmetno javno naročilo izvaja naročnik Mestna občina Velenje v svojem imenu in za svoj račun ter v imenu in za račun Zavoda za zdravstveno zavarovanje Slovenije (v nadaljevanju: ZZZS) kot solastnika prostorov v objektu, pod pogojem, da bo v času objave javnega naročila sklenjen dogovor o ureditvi medsebojnih razmerij. Pogodbena podlaga za izvedbo predmeta naročila temelji na FIDIC RDEČA KNJIGA, Pogoji gradbenih pogodb za gradbena in inženirska dela, ki jih načrtuje naročnik, 1. izdaja 1999, FIDIC, GZS ZSI, 1. prevod v slovenski jezik l. 2002. Rok za izvedbo vseh del vključno s pridobitvijo pravnomočnega uporabnega dovoljenja je najkasneje do 30. 11. 2027, pri čemer je vmesni zavezujoč rok za predložitev dokumentacije, potrebne za izdelavo PID in za izvedbo tehničnega pregleda, najkasneje do 15. 10. 2027.
