Namen naročila je zagotoviti strokovni nadzor nad izvedbo gradbenih in elektro del ter izvedbo koordinacije za varnost in zdravje pri delu v fazi izvedbe, s čimer se zagotovi, da bodo dela izvedena skladno s projektno dokumentacijo, predpisi in veljavnimi standardi ter v predpisanih rokih. Javno naročilo je razdeljeno na štiri (4) ločene sklope, po ena (1) jama na sklop.
