Original language: hrPredmet nabave obuhvaća izvođenje radova cjelovite obnove objekta Kina Tuškanac na adresi Tuškanac 1, Zagreb (k.č. 1406, k.o. Centar), sukladno projektno-tehničkoj dokumentaciji i troškovniku koji čine sastavni dio dokumentacije o nabavi. Predmetna zgrada nalazi se unutar prostornih međa Povijesne urbane cjeline Grad Zagreb, za koju je rješenjem Ministarstva kulture RH utvrđeno svojstvo kulturnog dobra te je ona upisana u Registar kulturnih dobara Republike Hrvatske – Listu zaštićenih kulturnih dobara, broj Registra: Z-1525 (Narodne novine 92/11), stoga podliježe odredbama Zakona o zaštiti i očuvanju kulturnih dobara kao i ostalim propis ima koji se odnose na kulturna dobra i njihovu zaštitu. Predmet nabave nije podijeljen na grupe. Naručitelj nije podijelio predmet nabave na grupe jer se radi o tehnički i funkcionalno nedjeljivoj cjelini. Izvođenje radova zahtijeva jedinstvenu organizaciju gradilišta, koordinaciju svih struka i odgovornost jednog izvođača radi osiguranja kvalitete, rokova i funkcionalne cjelovitosti građevine. Radovi obuhvaćaju sve građevinske, obrtničke, instalaterske i završne radove potrebne za potpunu funkcionalnost građevine. Svi potrebni radovi koje je potrebno izvesti u sklopu cjelovite obnove predmetnog objekta obuhvaćeni su izrađenom projektnom dokumentacijom za cjelovitu obnovu objekta, koju je izradila tvrtka Nugrad d.o.o., Fijanova 4a, 10 000 Zagreb CPV oznaka i naziv: 45210000-2
