Predmet nabave je rekonstrukcija OŠ Slunj – odnosno izvođenje radova na izgradnji školske sportske dvorane i sportskog igrališta sa umjetnom travom, sa uređenjem okoliša na lokaciji k.č. 171/1, k.o. Slunj 1, Školska 17, Slunj. Građevina se s obzirom na zahtjevnost gradnje prema Zakonu o gradnji svrstava u 2.b. skupinu – dogradnja školske sportske dvorane, a radovi će se izvoditi na temelju građevinske dozvole KLASA: UP/I-361-03/25-01/000046, URBROJ: 2133-07-02/11-26-0020 od 08.04.2026. godine izdana od Upravnog odjela za graditeljstvo i okoliš, Odsjek za prostorno uređenje i graditeljstvo Karlovačke županije. Radovi obuhvaćaju dogradnju jednodijelne školske sportske dvorane sa montažnim tribinama, povezane sa postojećom školom toplom vezom - spojnim hodnikom, sa duplim blokom sanitarija i garderoba, vanjskim ulazom za posjetitelje sa sanitarijama i propisanim vatrogasnim pristupom te izgradnju igrališta sa umjetnom travom, sa betonskim tribinama, te uređenje školskog parka na preostalom dijelu čestice koji nije u funkciji nastave ili sporta. Dogradnja sportske dvorane projektirana je sa zapadne strane postojećeg školskog objekta, u prostoru između dva krila, a sastoji se od prizemnog dijela (svlačionice, garderobe, hodnici …) te dvoranskog dijela sa borilištem i mobilnim tribinama. Novo projektirana školska sportska dvorana je dimenzija 28,17 x 33,18m, spojni hodnik 7,99 x 2,40m, vjetrobran 2,47 x 2,91m, glavni ulaz 13,68 x 0,86 do 3,86m, a nadstrešnica nad glavnim ulazom u dvoranu je 4,55 x 1,60m. Sportsko igralište sa umjetnom travom smješteno je u sjeveroistočnom dijelu parcele. Sportsko igralište je dimenzija 44,00x27,00m, betonske tribine max dimenzija 25,50x3,10m, a park uz igralište max dimenzija 15,00x27,00m.
