Predmet ovog postupka javne nabave su radovi na rekonstrukciji OŠ Veruda i dogradnja školske sportske dvorane, koji se provode u sklopu EU projekta: "Izgradnja školske sportske dvorane OŠ Veruda Pula." Razdoblje provedbe Projekta je od 1. lipnja 2026. do 31. prosinca 2027. godine. Lokacija postojeće građevine Osnovne škole Veruda nalazi se na južnom dijelu građevne čestice k.č. br. 5051/1, k.o.Pula dok će se dogradnja školske sportske dvorane izvesti sjeverno od postojeće zgrade. Građevna čestice smještena je istočno od pristupne prometnice na k.č. br. 5056/3 k.o. Pula, Banovčeve ulice. Predmetnim radovima će se od k.č.br. 5051/1, 5053/4, te 5093/2 sve k.o. Pula formirati nova građevna čestica.
