The Attorney General's Office (Procuraduría General de la Nación) is seeking specialized professional services to support a significant institutional transformation. The objective is to facilitate the development and implementation of necessary documents, technical inputs, and administrative acts for converting the Institute of Public Ministry Studies into the University of the Public Ministry. This transformation specifically focuses on human resources and administrative structuring, aligning with the Integrated Management and Planning Model (MIPGN). The contract is for the provision of services, awarded through direct contracting, and will last for 6 months. The services will be rendered in Bogotá, Distrito Capital de Bogotá, aiming to enhance the capacity and structure of the Public Ministry's educational and administrative functions.
