Original language: fiEtelä-Savon hyvinvointialue Eloisa on tehnyt sopimuksen lastensuojelulain mukaisesta erityistason laitospalvelusta yhdelle (1) lastensuojelun sijaishuollon asiakkaalle 29.9.2025 alkaen toistaiseksi, tai kunnes palvelun tarve lakkaa. Lastensuojelun erityistason laitospalvelu on ympärivuorokautista laitospalvelua huostaanotetuille ja avohuollon tukitoimena sijoitetuille lapsille ja nuorille. Palvelua toteutetaan lapsen asiakassuunnitelman mukaisesti. Palvelua toteutettaessa on lisäksi selvitettävä lapsen toivomukset ja mielipide sekä otettava ne huomioon lapsen iän ja kehitystason edellyttämällä tavalla. Erityistason laitoshoidossa lapsia hoitaa koulutettu henkilökunta vuorotyössä. Erityistason laitoshoidon yksikössä on hoito- ja kasvatustehtävässä olevaa henkilökuntaa enemmän lasta kohden kuin perustason lastensuojelulaitoksessa. Sopimus on tehty Jatkopolut Oy:n Nuortenkoti Polun kanssa. Hankinnan ennakoitu kokonaisarvo 301 680,00 eur (alv 0 %) on laskettu sopimuskauden ajalle 29.9.2025-18.9.2027. Hankinta on osa lastensuojelun sijaishuollon kokonaisuutta, jonka ennakoitu kokonaisarvo ylittää kansallisen kynnysarvon 400 000 euroa. Tämä asiakaskohtainen hankintasopimus on päätetty 28.2.2026 molempien osapuolten suostumuksella, asiakas siirtyy palveluntuottajan ja Eloisan väliselle puitesopimukselle.
