POST-NOTICE Framework agreement for procurement of small ironware and timber

The subject of the procurement was a framework agreement for the procurement of fastening materials (e.g., screws, nuts, bolts, and plugs), tools needed for their use, and timber for the maintenance, repair, and minor construction of the University of Helsinki's properties. The procurement was divided into two parts: 1. Small ironware and supplies, and 2. Timber and supplies. Submitting two parallel offers was permitted (a new offer could be made as a copy of a previous offer). The tenderer had to be prepared for the fact that quality definitions specified in the request for proposals were set for the offered products, which the products had to meet.
