Original language: fiPääkaupunkiseudun Kaupunkiliikenne Oy (Kaupunkiliikenne) järjesti tarjouskilpailun Pohjois-Haagan juna-aseman peruskorjauksesta tämän tarjouspyynnön ja tarjouspyynnön liitteiden mukaisessa laajuudessa. Pohjois-Haagan rautatieaseman peruskorjaus toteutetaan kokonaisurakkana. Urakkakokonaisuuden sisältö on kuvattu urakkaohjelmassa sekä tarjouspyynnön liitteinä olevissa teknisissä liitteissä. Urakoitsija toimii pääurakoitsijana ja lainsäädännön tarkoittamana päätoteuttajana vastaten sekä työmaan työnjohtovelvollisuuksista että työmaapalveluista. Nämä velvollisuudet ja palvelut on esitetty urakkaohjelmassa, urakkarajaliitteessä ja yleisissä sopimusehdoissa (YSE 1998). Urakan vastaanoton jälkeen jatkuvat pääurakoitsijan työmaan työnjohtovelvollisuudet sekä työmaan työturvallisuuteen liittyvä velvollisuudet, kunnes urakan vastaanotossa todetut puutteet ja virheet on korjattu. Urakka-aika on alustavasti 1.5-2026 - 31.5.2027.
