Follow-up notice Innovative procurement of a stool capsule machine

The subject of the procurement is the development of a stool capsule machine and the procurement of the resulting device, possible device-related consumables, and possible maintenance services. The aim of the procurement is to renew and improve the current fecal transfer treatment process by utilizing new technology. The current treatment process, i.e., fecal transfer performed during colonoscopy, is relatively expensive and burdensome for the patient. If performed with capsules, the treatment would be significantly easier for the patient and the healthcare system to implement than through colonoscopy. The aim is to develop a stool capsule machine for this need through an innovation partnership, which the procuring entity could acquire from its partner during the procurement phase. A more detailed description of the subject of the procurement is in Annex 1 Description of the subject of procurement. Annex 1 Description of the subject of procurement to the request for participation describes the minimum requirements for the subject of procurement with a yellow background. These requirements were not negotiated during the procurement process and their content was not changed, but they could be specified. Otherwise, the annexes listed in the request for participation were changed and specified during the procurement process. The final procurement documents were defined in the final request for proposals.
