Original language: fiEtelä-Savon hyvinvointialue Eloisa tekee asiakaskohtaisen suorahankinnan valvotuista tapaamisista lastensuojelun sijaishuoltoon sopimuskaudelle 1.1- 31.12.2026. Tarjous on pyydetty sähköpostitse ja tarjouksesta on neuvoteltu KSK Kuntoutuspalvelut Oy:n kanssa. Hankinnan ennakoitu kokonaisarvo on 4 680,00 euroa (alv 0 %). Hankinnassa huomioidaan lastensuojelun palvelukokonaisuus, jonka kokonaisarvo ylittää kansallisen kynnysarvon 400 000,00 euroa. Ennakoitu kokonaisarvo on laskettu sopimuskauden ajalle 1.1.-31.12.2026. Hankintayksiköllä on oikeus tehdä asiakaskohtainen suorahankinta seuraavin perustein: Laki julkisista hankinnoista ja käyttöoikeussopimuksista (1397/2016) 110 § Suorahankinta erityistilanteissa; hankintayksikkö voi tehdä suorahankinnan yksittäisissä tapauksissa hankintalain 12 luvun mukaisissa sosiaali- ja terveyspalveluhankinnoissa, jos tarjouskilpailun järjestäminen tai palvelun tarjoajan vaihtaminen olisi ilmeisen kohtuutonta tai erityisen epätarkoituksenmukaista asiakkaan kannalta merkittävän hoito- tai asiakassuhteen turvaamiseksi.
