NOTICE: Zacharias Topeliusskolan, renovation, project management contract

This tender concerns the functional and technical renovation of the Zacharias Topelius School, to be executed as a collaborative project management contract. The renovation project encompasses the entire school building and its grounds. The scope of the project covers a gross floor area of 3,774 square meters (brm²), a usable floor area of 2,549 square meters (htm²), and a heated volume of 1,642 cubic meters (hym³). The plot area is 8,970 square meters, with a building right of 3,300 square meters and a building floor area of 3,401 square meters (kem²). The yard area spans approximately 4,845 square meters. Key works include the replacement of the roof, repairs to the facades, windows, and external doors, extensive renewal of intermediate floors, replacement of floor structures, and the refurbishment of ground floors in conjunction with the installation of a radon piping system. Building services technology will be modernized, with new ventilation machine rooms to be constructed in the attic and basement levels. Heating, water, and sewage systems will undergo partial renewal, and electrical systems will be updated to contemporary standards. This comprehensive renovation aims to significantly improve the functionality and technical infrastructure of the Zacharias Topelius School.
