Jobcenter Viernheim

Neue Wege Kreis Bergstraße - Municipal Jobcenter-, an authorized municipal body according to the Second Book of the Social Code (SGB II), plans to award a competence center for the activation, stabilization, and integration of recipients of benefits eligible for employment into the training and labor market at the Viernheim location (Lot 1). The competence center represents a flexible, modular support service that addresses the diverse needs and starting positions of the participants. The goal is to provide individual support to both individuals distant from the labor market with multiple barriers to employment and individuals closer to the labor market with short-term integration potential. The competence center pursues a holistic approach that considers personal, social, and health aspects in addition to labor market-related competencies. The central objectives of the measure are: • activation and stabilization of participants • assessment and further development of professional competencies • elimination or reduction of barriers to employment • preparation for the training and labor market • integration into insured employment • integration into training, qualification, or further measures. Special attention is paid to strengthening participants' self-responsibility, motivation, and self-efficacy.
